When you authenticate your Facebook or Instagram account with Gwelix, we access only the data strictly necessary to provide publishing and analytics features:

Account Identifiers: Basic profile identification, page names, and user account IDs necessary for authentication.
Permissions Granted: Page management (`pages_manage_posts`, `pages_read_engagement`, `pages_show_list`) and Instagram Publishing (`instagram_basic`, `instagram_content_publish`, `instagram_manage_insights`).
Content & Media: Post captions, media assets (images/videos), and scheduling timestamps you explicitly choose to publish.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data accessed via Facebook and Instagram APIs solely to:

Publish scheduled posts, reels, and stories to your designated Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts.
Display post analytics, reach, and performance metrics within your Gwelix dashboard.
Maintain secure session connectivity with Meta Graph APIs.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Authentication tokens (OAuth access tokens) are stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols. We implement rigorous security controls to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your credentials.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You retain full control over your connected accounts at all times. You can disconnect your Facebook or Instagram integration directly from your dashboard or revoke permissions via your Meta account settings.
